All returns must be complete in their original packaging, along with the original package contents. Any items damaged in shipping are covered by insurance with the carrier and may require inspection by a carrier representative before a replacement is authorized.
Upon the arrival of an RMA at Enders Direct.Com, please allow 1-2 weeks turn around time for repair or replacement and shipping. For all off lease and used laptops sold with a working battery, a 10 minute charge time is guaranteed at the time of delivery. Refunds are available within 30 days, but are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
